Kurt Jaros, Ph.D.

Theologian, Scholar, & Speaker

During the day, Kurt is a non-profit Executive Director and Christian apologist, but moonlight as a scholar in systematic and historical theology with interests in philosophy of religion and New Testament studies. His doctoral research analyzed the doctrine of Original Sin in the writings of monks from southern France in the 5th century, commonly and inaccurately referred to as the “Semi-Pelagians.” His Ph.D. has been conferred by the University of Aberdeen and he holds M.A.s in Christian Apologetics from Biola University and Systematic Theology from King’s College London.

Podcast Episodes

For almost 4 years he hosted weekly interviews striving for truth on faith, politics, and society. The program is called Veracity Hill. Guests ranged from down-to-earth stories of common Christians to some of the most well known philosophers, theologians, and Biblical scholars.

In order to serve the academy and the church, Kurt has a YouTube Channel which will offer lectures for professors to utilize and for laypersons to become familiar with some issues that scholars are talking about.
